2024 Gascoyne Food Festival Unveils Lineup of Culinary Events Celebrating the Region's Bounty
The eagerly anticipated culinary event the Gascoyne Food Festival is back this August and September 2024, celebrating the vibrant food culture, diverse flavours, and cultural heritage of the Gascoyne region.
Dubbed ‘the food bowl’ of Western Australia, Gascoyne is home to a rich fishing, aquaculture, agriculture, and pastoral industries producing an annual gross output of $1.196 billion annually and this festival is about putting this incredible produce and the people behind it on show.
Gascoyne Food Council Chair Chris Higham said the festival, organised by the GFC, is a food lover's paradise, celebrating the region's agricultural produce, bountiful seafood, and First Nations culinary traditions.
“From exclusive long table dinners and lunches to community gatherings, each event offers a unique opportunity to indulge in the finest local fare and immerse oneself in Gascoyne's vibrant food culture. We’re excited to announce the tickets are going on sale on Monday 6 May,” said Ms Higham
