“The Regional Economic Development Grants Scheme will support projects that make a real contribution to local communities, with a quick lead time to spark immediate economic activity in each region.” Hon. Alannah MacTiernan, Minister for Regional Development
The Regional Economic Development grants (RED grants) program is a $22.5 million State Government initiative that invests in community-driven projects to stimulate economic growth and development in regional Western Australia.
The grants will boost investment in local regional projects that contribute to economic growth initiatives, local marketing and innovation pilots, and importantly are driven by the regional communities.
More than $550,000 will be invested in the Gascoyne each year to support locally driven projects that will contribute to economic growth in regional communities.
Applications will open through the Gascoyne Development Commission soon. Email email@example.com to register your details for notification when RED grants open for application.
