Housing

Living in either of the three major towns in the Gascoyne you would never be far from the beach; a beach you can swim at, fish from, take the children to or walk the dog on; an expanse of water to take your windsurfer, kayak, or surfcat out on. In some instances, such as Carnarvon there are protected waterways as well.

And you won’t have to pay a fortune to be in this enviable position. The median house price of an established home is significantly lower than in the city. As a long established town Carnarvon has a range of housing available including plantations with river frontage. With Exmouth and Denham being much more recently established towns there is a broad range of modern homes.

Most established house blocks in the region are still a decent size with plenty of room for the family, pets, sheds and gardens. And you don’t have to be on the outskirts to have some space. You are close enough so that the children can walk or ride their bikes to school.

If it is affordable luxury you are looking for, Landcorp have a number of housing developments in the Gascoyne where it is possible to establish new homes. Many waterfront and near waterfront lots are available at the Carnarvon Northwater Estate, the Denham Estate, the Exmouth Marina Village and town developments. The Exmouth Marina Village also offers commercial opportunities.
